Community Education classes, programs, seminars, workshops, and camps offer a variety of opportunities for cultural, educational, and life-enriching activities for all ages. Offered in a relaxed non-credit atmosphere at an affordable price, all activities are designed to be informative and enjoyable. Instructors are chosen for their special expertise in subjects that others may want to learn. Classes vary and may include instruction in hobbies, crafts, dance, exercise, relaxation, music, golf, art, first aid/safety, self-improvement, computer software applications, and entrepreneurship. Courses are offered throughout the week at various times and locations and vary in length. New schedules are released three times per year. Instructors
Community Education instructors are selected for their skills and expertise in a variety of areas. They do not need a degree in what they teach. You will be sent a course proposal form to fill out and return. After the proposal has been received and reviewed, the prospective instructor will be contacted for a teaching demonstration.
