Blair Gulledge of Hamburg, a radiologic technology major at South Arkansas Community College in El Dorado, has accepted a Lucy Ring Academic Endowed Scholarship to attend the school this fall.
The 2020 graduate of Hamburg High School is the daughter of Lisa Gulledge.
