South Arkansas Community College is seeking qualified applicants for an adjunct instructor position in our Industrial Technology program.  This individual will teach one or two college credit courses per semester within the Industrial Technology program such as Industrial Safety, Fluid Power, Electronics and Electrical Circuits, Electric Motors and Controls, and Intro to PLCs.  This individual will be responsible for delivering instruction and engaging in ongoing curriculum development. 

Required Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a modern manufacturing environment is required. The individual must have a minimum of an Associate’s degree in the field, but a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related technical or engineering field is preferred.  The position requires the individual to possess strong interpersonal skills, good communication and computer skills, a student-centered philosophy, and excellent organization skills.
