South Arkansas Community College is seeking qualified applicants for an adjunct instructor position in our Process Technology program. This individual will teach one or two college credit courses per semester within the Process Technology program such as Safety, Health, & Environment, Principles of Quality, Process Technology II-Systems, Process Technology III-Unit Operations, and Process Technology Troubleshooting. This individual will be responsible for delivering instruction and engaging in ongoing curriculum development.
Required Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a modern manufacturing environment is required. The individual must have a minimum of an Associate’s degree in the field, but a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related technical or engineering field is preferred. The position requires the individual to possess strong interpersonal skills, good communication and computer skills, a student-centered philosophy, and excellent organization skills.
