Inclusive Access Program

• Inclusive Access is a method of providing access to digital course content for interactive courseware platforms or eBooks adopted in place of printed text
• Inclusive Access programs reduce course material costs (60-80% less than traditional print text prices) and ensures access on the first day of class for every student

The Process

• Instructor indicates interest in participating in Inclusive Access by notifying the bookstore
• Campus Store selects pre-negotiated IA pricing from over 800,000 VitalSource titles, or negotiates discounted pricing with publishers, and confirms participation with the Instructor/Department
• Inclusive Access Program automatically OPTS-IN all enrolled Students

One (1) week before class starts

• Campus Store sends email to Students with Inclusive Access information, title, pricing, and OPT-OUT instructions
• On the first day of class Students have 10 days free access in Blackboard
• Before Census day Students may OPT-OUT via email, Blackboard, by visiting or calling the Campus Store
• After Census Day, Inclusive Access Program course materials are billed to the Student Account
• Students who drop the course before Census day are automatically opted out and will not be billed
