In-Person Testing

  1. The testing center is located in room 220 on the second floor of the El Dorado Conference Center.
  2. Testing appointments are required.  Walk-ins are allowed only if space is available.

  4. All testers are to wear a mask during the check-in and check-out process.
  5. Remote testing is available for limited tests.
  6. Hands of the proctor will be sanitized prior to beginning the check-in process.
  7. The Testing Center is limited to eight (8) testers at a time to meet social distancing standards.
  8. Upon completion, the proctor will sanitize the workstation and all items used by the tester.

We are open during the following hours; however, they are subject to change.

Fall 2023 Hours

Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays Closed

Testing hours are subject to change due to scheduling restrictions.

Be sure include the following information:

  • The test name that needs to be scheduled 
  • The instructor's name and college, if not SouthArk
  • The desired testing date and time
  • A contact number

A valid photo ID must be presented to take a test.

Testing Policy

All exams must be COMPLETE by posted closing time; in most cases, exams will not be permitted to begin later than ONE HOUR PRIOR to the posted closing time. A later start time may be permitted at the discretion of the Testing Center staff.  Closing times are strictly enforced.
