- $35.00 Enrollment Fee (Non-Refundable, Processed Immediately).

South Arkansas College and Herring Bank have teamed up to offer direct deposit options for students to receive refunds. Students may select one of the following three options:
1. Personal Bank Account
2. Herring Bank checking account with Debit Card capabilities
3. Printed Check (Please allow additional time for processing)
All students need to make a refund choice by completing their Direct Deposit Designation according to the chart below.

| How does a student update, change or cancel direct deposit information? |
| Contact the Business Office to determine if the change can be made prior to the processing of checks. If allowable, updating account information can be done through the student portal. | Students will be notified via email of rejected direct deposits with further instructions on how to update any bank account information. |
| What happens if a student selects or falls in to Option 3 - Printed Check? |
| Communication will be sent via email, text and phone when paper checks are ready for pickup. |
