Payment Plan/Refund Options

The Student Payment Plan Portal for Herring Bank/college Green Payment Plan opens for:

  • Fall - July 1

  • Spring - Dec 1

  • Summer - May 1

Payment Methods Options:

  • Automatic Bank Payment (ACH)

  • Credit card/Debit Card – Note:  A 2.7% process fee will be assessed to this payment option

Cost to Participate:

  • $35.00 Enrollment Fee (Non-Refundable, Processed Immediately).

  • Declined or returned payment fee - $30.00 each-Non-Refundable

Simple Steps to Enroll:

  • Click on MyCampus and log in

  • Click on Student

  • Click on Payment & Payment Plans

  • Select Year/Termfrom the drop down

  • Click on Pay Using Payment Plan to be directed to College Green

Target Dates to Enroll By:

Payment plan options are available each semester.

  • Five month (5) Payment– Available Fall and Spring

  • Four month (4) Payment– Available Fall and Spring

  • No Down Payment Required

  • Months of Payments:  Summer Payment plans are available.

Payment Options and Due Dates Are Flexible, You Make the Decision.

South Arkansas College Refund Agreement with Herring Bank

Refund Options

South Arkansas College and Herring Bank have teamed up to offer direct deposit options for students to receive refunds.  Students may select one of the following three options:

     1. Personal Bank Account
     2. Herring Bank checking account with Debit Card capabilities
     3. Printed Check (Please allow additional time for processing)

All students need to make a refund choice by completing their Direct Deposit Designation according to the chart below.

If first attending,

Designation must be made between:

Fall Semester

July 1 - August 31

Spring Semester

December 1 - January 31

Summer Semesters

May 1 - May 31

*Enrolling in Direct Deposit will result in all future disbursements from South Arkansas College being direct deposited.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION.

*Failure to make designation by the specified date will result in Printed Check/Option 3
