The Career Accelerator partners with local industry to provide talent acquisiton opportunities. Our talent acquistion training programs, such as Catalyst, are provided in two phases. The first phase includes employability and soft skills training related to communication, punctuality, problem solving, and team interactions. Phase II focuses on safety and operations skills specific to the industry needs.
In addition to training opportunities, we share job announcements on our social media pages, with our students, and on physical job boards. We help connect employers to applicants.
