Money Talks Program

Money Talks is an 18-month program for 9th-12th grade students in rural Union County, Arkansas, which will be held at the Mahony Family Library, located on South Arkansas Community College’s (SouthArk) West Campus. Beginning in September 2023 through December 2024, an interactive presentation on a variety of financial literacy topics will be offered several times over the grant, presented by a subject matter expert. In June 2024, a five-week series of once-a-week, two-hour modules providing a summary of the basic financial literacy topics covered during the year will be offered.

This project is funded by a grant from the FINRA Investor Education Foundation.
