McNiel accepts scholarship

EL DORADO—Addison McNiel, a senior at Emerson High School, has accepted a President’s Scholarship to attend South Arkansas Community College this fall.
The daughter of Jarad and Christy McNiel of Emerson is a member of the basketball, softball, tennis and archery teams, in addition to being a member of Family, Career and Community Leaders of America; Beta Club; the Science Club; and Future Business Leaders of America. She also is a member of the Honor Roll, a graduate of Today’s Youth, Tomorrow’s Leaders and an Awana Leader in Training.

Salinas accepts scholarship

EL DORADO—Carisa Salinas, a senior at Warren High School, has accepted a Freshman Recognition Scholarship to attend South Arkansas Community College this fall.
The daughter of Maria Vega of Warren is a member of Adopt a Grandfriend and the Spanish Club.

Pennington accepts scholarship

Aubrey Pennington, a senior at Hampton High School, has accepted a Freshman Recognition Scholarship to attend South Arkansas Community College this fall.
She is the daughter of Nathan and Christy Pennington of Hampton and is a member of Beta, the Bulldog Buddies, First Priority and Future Business Leaders of America. She is an All-American cheerleader.

Pyle accepts scholarship

Lexi Pyle, a senior at Emerson High School, has accepted a Valedictorian-Salutatorian Scholarship to attend South Arkansas Community College this fall.
She is the daughter of Shannon and Darwin Pyle of Magnolia and an All-State member of the basketball team in addition to competing for the track and field and tennis teams. She also is a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes; the National FFA Organization; Beta Club; Family, Career and Community Leaders of America; Future Business Leaders of America; Gifted and Talented; National Society of High School Scholars; the honor roll; and the yearbook staff.

 

Todd accepts scholarship

Jared Todd, a senior at Nevada High School, has accepted a Freshman Recognition Scholarship to attend South Arkansas Community College this fall.
The son of Crystal and Fredrick Haley of Rosston is a member of the National Honor Society, Gifted and Talented and the basketball team.
